Mitscher Prize for Excellence in Medicinal Chemistry
The Lester and Betty Mitscher Prize for Excellence in Medicinal Chemistry award of $2,500 is given to an outstanding graduate student in the Department of Medicinal Chemistry at the University of Kansas. The selection is based upon the recipient having excelled in the various requirements required for becoming a candidate for the doctorate in Medicinal Chemistry.
The award period will be from June 1 - May 31. Those eligible must have completed their comprehensive oral exam during that period.
